About Me

I was born Jeremmie Deang Yabut. My friends often calls me Jem. I was born May 12, 1981. I am 27 years old. My hometown is in Minalin Pampanga Philippines, where i spent 25 years of my existence.  And now, Im currently residing here in Edmonton Alberta Canada for more than 2 years now. I am a graduate of BS Computer Science at Holy Angel University.

I enjoy reading books specially novels and inspirational books. Love watching movies and tv series. I also like listening to music most especially alternatives and indiemusic, but sometimes, it really depends on my mood.

Being a Taurean.
The bull has been a symbol of strength, tenacity, virility, and power. Left alone, a bull will happily graze; but if it is bothered, it will charge! Similarly, the Taurus personality is thought to be calm and peaceful, but when their anger is aroused, their temper can be wicked. Love Me or Hate Me... Need Me or Want Me... 02.10.07

I'm a mirror, I reflect what you have shown me....
Whether it's love, hatred, trust, loyalty, care, kindess... i'll reflect it back twice as much!
I'm a persistent person, I usually get what i want... one way or the other!
But it doesn't have to be at that moment...

I'm patient, I can wait... never-the-less; I also know when to stop... to give up...
But sadly I never learned how to move on...
Eventhough I like to learn a lot, that is the aspect of my life I am having a hard time with...
I can learn to live with it, accept, forgive... but I never forget!
I will always have regrets....

I'm a student of Life, I like to learn everything on my own... at my own pace and time!
However, I still know how to listen to people more experienced than me...
I'm good at that, I have always been the listener than a speaker... a shock-absorber!
That's probably why I keep everything to myself...

I guess it is also hard for me to trust anyone, Trust should be earned!
Once you earned my trust, also comes with it is my Loyalty... I will take a bullet for you!
Don't get me misunderstood.
I'm not perfect, I can sometimes take you forgranted but not intentionally!
I'm both optimistic and pessimistic, I always see good in everything... no matter how bad it is!
Yet I worry alot and expects the worst...

I'm lucky in everything as I may say but not in Love...
So, it's true that one can't have the best of both worlds!
I know what I want, yet it is not always what is best for me...
You will see me play it tough though inside I'm all beat up and bruised...
Yet you will never see me cry nor be sad, but once you do, it means that I can't bear it anymore...

I'm stubborn and bossy, I usually have it my way!
But don't get intimidated, you just have to learn how to deal with me...
I'm complicated but once you have figured me out, I ain't that bad!
I don't let anyone manipulate me, No one can make me unless I wanted to...
Though sometimes I neglect to know the difference.

Sometimes I let life take me anywhere it wish to bring me...
That's when I say, "Everything happens for a reason!"
And wherever life decided to take me....
I know that I will always have choices to make...
And so do you...

If you choose to Love me, then do it unconditionally! No questions asked...
I will do the same... but much more!
But if you choose to Hate me, then make sure to stay as far away as possible...
Coz you don't know who you're dealing with!

And if you choose to Need me, then just say so and I will be there for you...
But don't you dare use me... coz I will know!
Yet if you choose to Want me, then I advice you to be patient...
Show me sincerity, prove that you are worth it!

 

Bits and Pieces about Me

Bath Time                                                                                                                                                                                           Though I am not a good swimmer I really love the water… I could spend 2 hours at most just taking a bath… my housemates would really get frustrated and would keep knocking on the door and they would ask me what am I doing there for so long… I always say just enjoying the water… hahaha… 

I tawt I tawt a Putty Tat...
I like cats, I had this cat before, he looks like the cat of Sabrina the teenage witch, that is why I named him Salem, he would sleep with me in bed and he is the only cat that I know who isn’t afraid of water, coz he has his regular bath… you think he is imported, nope he isn’t, just the regular "pusang kalye"… he is now dead… he ate something that made him sick... oh how I miss him so much...

Lil Drummer Babe
This is one of my frustrations… I would love to play drums but couldn’t afford a lesson coz of no time and extra money… but probably I would be able to play those when I found time for them… I couldn't just squeeze them in my schedule… darn!

Party Gurl
I have this rule "Work hard, Party hard"… in my college days where my class starts at 8am. I would be out all night partying even if it’s examination week and I wouldn’t care… my room mates would often ask me, "how do you do it? You would go to school drunk and still aced your exams?" I would tell them, "gifted eh!" honestly I never cheated on any of my exams(since I transferred to HAU) LoLz… why coz I don’t know anyone in class… hahaha… and also when I was working at cybercity, at times I would also go to work drunk yet I could still make sales… beat that!

Sleepyhead
I’m a sleepyhead and an insomniac… you think that’s contradicting… nope its not! I have always been an insomniac, sleepless nights huh!?, and I could go on for 2 days straight without a single sleep yet when I reach my limit and it’s my time to sleep, I could go on sleeping for 18 hours straight… then waking up wondering, "what day is it?"

 Angel Jem
I have great fascination for angels… call me stupid but I believed in them… not only that, I also believed in fairies… coz these two beings have similarities… both of them are guardians... They are always there to guide us and protect us!

Soccer Sucker
Back in high school I learned how to play soccer… and I kinda liked the sport… but due to some liabilities (physical assets) and discrimination (no women’s team for soccer) I was just contented in watching it played by my schoolmates and my crush…

Love Lots,
Letters… I love writing to my friends and I also liked receiving letters. I know with the technology today getting a letter from the mail is a thing of the past but I think that I would still prefer it this way. I think it is more personal and more sentimental since you put in a lot of effort writting and sending it to the post.

Shake your booty
Dancing is one of the few things I love to do… as long there is music you will see me shake my booty to the beat . But that doesn't mean I am  a great dancer. I'm more of the try hard (frustrated dancer?!?!) hahaha...

Now Showing...
One of my favorite past time. When a good movie is being showed I’ll make sure I would watch it. I wouldn’t mind even if I will be watching it all by myself. Well, that is not something new. One of the few movies that I really like was "For the love of Nancy", "Never been kissed", "10 Things I hate about You", "Good Will Hunting", "Lord of the Rings Trilogy", "Harry Potter", Pursuit of happyness, Eragon, Pirates of the Carribean trilogy.. And the list goes on... and on and on.....

Bestfriends
My first love/puppy love was my bestfriend. If I could remember it correctly his name was Francis Howard Yambao. He was my classmate back in grade school. I got really sad when he transferred to a different school. Later in my senior year our class got a transfered student from the school where Howie transferred. I ask him if he knew someone with that name and he told me he did. I was really happy hearing that. But it is just for a few seconds coz he also blurted something like "kilala mo ung bading na un?"(you know that gay person?), and I was like, "Huwhhhaaaattttt???" Oh well, so much for finding my first love!!! teeheehee....
